i.m.pilates
A boutique home studio tucked in midtown Toronto, designed for personalized, transformative movement. Sessions are always private, with space for up to three clients at a time. Fully equipped with reformer, tower, and mat, each program is designed to mix these modalities in a way that keeps you challenged, engaged, and progressing toward your goals. In this intimate setting, you’ll be supported with personal attention, expert guidance, and a practice that evolves alongside you.

Health and wellness has always been the foundation of my life. After a challenging and fulfilling career in the pharmaceutical industry, I decided to shift those values to the forefront by focusing fully on instructing Pilates—a practice that has given me balance, strength, and clarity.
I’m a fully certified STOTT PILATES® instructor, trained across all levels of mat, reformer, Cadillac, chair, barrels, and specialized work for injuries. This background allows me to design programs that are effective, adaptable, and responsive to your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.
I opened I.M. PILATES to help people like you find your own grounding. My intention is to create a space where you can press pause, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling stronger, more centered, and better equipped to show up for the life you want to live.

Each session runs 50 minutes. Packages are valid for six months from the date of purchase. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel; sessions cancelled with less notice will be charged in full. HST is applicable on all purchases.

Intro: $100 for first session | 3-Pack: $300 first three sessions
Solo: $120 per session | 10-pack:$1,100 (10 sessions)
02 duo
$140 per session ($70 per person) | 10-Pack: $650 per person (10 sessions)
03 trio

You will share your health and workout history via email. This gives us a snapshot of your goals, past injuries, and any special considerations, so we can design a program tailored to you.

Once in the studio, you will sign a Liability Waiver that can be found here for your reference. (click to view)
